"Great location. Our junior suite room was an affordable way for three adults (none in couples) to enjoy NYC. The sofa bed was more suitable for children, so we put the mattress on the floor after the first night and that was fine. We were there 5 nights and the room was cleaned and set up really ..."
"Close to subway satiation. Close to restaurants and bars in Hell’s Kitchen. Close enough to Central Park and Times Square. Really long line at check in, but other days seemed light. Waiting on elevators is irritating, but seems to work efficiently. I’d stay there again."

"We stayed for the week of Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our room, though small (as expected in Midtown) made excellent use of the space. There were so many storage compartments that we didn't have to take up walking and lounging space with our luggage. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and would go out of their way to help with just about anything, including calling the elevator for me when they saw i was carrying coffee.
The property is so close to to a lot of big attractions, so definitely a great walkability factor, espcially if you plan to visit up a lot of tourist attractions like Broadway, Edge, Rockefeller, etc.
The only downside of the proeprty is that there is no in-room coffee. There is a coffee shop in-house thoigh, which is convenient. You are provided bottled water in your mini-fridge, though. We used the fridge to store drinks all week. Highly recommend the Arlo!"
"I loved everything about this hotel! It was close to shopping, dining, Times Square, Central Park, Macy's, and so much more. An easy hop on the subway gets you to SOHO, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, China Town, etc. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from my room was amazing (I can't speak for every room)."
